Robin Tiller, Chair

Robin Tiller launched her real estate career in 2011 and hasn’t slowed down since! After joining the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2022, she’s now gearing up to take the helm as LSTAR’s 2026 Chair.
Robin is deeply involved in shaping the future of real estate in her community. She currently serves on the Finance, Executive, and Political Affairs Committees, as well as the Amalgamation Task Force. Over the years, she’s also worn many leadership hats—Chairing the Finance, Governance, and Audit & Risk Management Committees, Co-Chairing the Brokers Issues Advisory Group, and lending her expertise to the Arbitration Committee, Professional Standards, and Discipline Committees. On top of that, Robin helps guide the next generation of REALTORS® as a facilitator for Ontario’s real estate education program.
A proud Ailsa Craig native, Robin holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo and a Science Laboratory Technology diploma from Fanshawe College. Her passion for community runs deep—she’s a Past Chair of the Strathroy BIA Board of Directors and a member of the Grand Bend & Area Chamber of Commerce.
When she’s not busy making moves in real estate, you’ll find Robin hitting the road in search of quirky towns, hidden gems, and local fairs across Canada. She’s all about discovering new experiences—and bringing that same spirit of adventure to everything she does.

Dale Marsh, Past Chair

Dale Marsh was born and raised in Clinton, Ontario and moved to London in 1994. He trained as a Survey Technician at Fanshawe College and holds an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation.
Dale became a REALTOR® in 2006 and served on London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) Board of Directors in 2013 and 2014. Dale joined the LSTAR Board of Directors again in 2018. He is the 2026 LSTAR Past Chair.
He is the Chair of LSTAR’s Nomination Committees and the LSTAR Amalgamation Task Force. Dale also serves on LSTAR’s Executive, Governance, and Community Engagement Committees, as well as the Slo-Pitch Social Council. Dale previously served on LSTAR’s Professional Standards Committee, from 2013 to 2021. LSTAR honoured Dale as the recipient of the 2022 Ron Richardson Memorial Award, which recognizes organized real estate leadership, mentorship, professionalism, and community volunteerism, personifying the values of Ron Richardson, LSTAR’s three-time Past President of 1948, 1949 and 1959.
In the community, Dale coached soccer for the East London Soccer Club from 2008 to 2016, was a Scouts Canada leader for four years, has volunteered at the Hockey Helps The Homeless tournament for five years, participated in the LSTAR Salvation Army Christmas Kettle drive campaign for several years, and has helped raise money for Youth Opportunities Unlimited (Y.O.U.) and Merrymount. He enjoys running, cycling and various other sports.

Neda Beaulac, Chair-Elect

Neda Beaulac became a REALTOR® in 2014 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2023. She is the 2026 Chair-Elect.
Neda is currently Chair of the LSTAR Governance Committee and sits on the Executive Committee, and Professional Standards Hearing Roster. She previously served on the LSTAR Professional Standards Committee, Discipline Committee and MLS® Committee, and she holds the Accredited Elite Advocate designation.
Neda’s journey began in Tehran, Iran, before her family moved to Canada in 1996. She moved to London to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in electrical engineering at Western University. A licensed P.Eng and member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO), she spent 10 years in the consulting engineering industry before transitioning to a career as a REALTOR®/Broker. During her engineering career, she volunteered at the PEO London chapter. Beyond her professional life, Neda has dedicated more than 15 years to volunteering with the Forest City Road Races, an event that raises funds for the Thames Valley Children’s Centre.
She has also held various volunteer positions with her children’s Hockey and Water Polo teams.

Blair Campbell, Director

Blair Campbell became a REALTOR® in 2007 and served on the LSTAR Board of Directors from 2017 to 2021, becoming President in 2020. He joined the LSTAR Board of Directors again in 2025. Blair was the 2019 recipient of LSTAR’s Lyn Coupland Outstanding Service Award.
Between 2019 and 2024, Blair served as the Information Technology Systems of Ontario (ITSO) director, serving as its President in his final year. He has participated in most LSTAR committees and is currently the Chair of LSTAR’s Audit and Risk Management Committee. He also sits on LSTAR’s Finance, Nominations, and Arbitration Committees, as well as the MLS® Advisory Group.
Outside of real estate, Blair has been involved with the London Chamber of Commerce and various committees, including the Major Gift Cabinet for the United Way, and the organizing committee for the London Business Cares Food Drive.
Born and raised in St. Thomas, Blair moved to London at 16 and has extensive knowledge of the LSTAR jurisdictional area. He is a Broker of Record and brokerage owner with operations in London, the GTA, and Ottawa. Blair has been a member of six different real estate associations, bringing in-depth knowledge of issues facing various associations across the province.
Blair’s business acumen is demonstrated by his experience running a private company and participating in top-level management for Canada’s largest moving company, which earned several accolades. He holds an MBA from the University of Windsor and an undergraduate degree from Western University. Blair is also a member of the London CEO Alliance and a former member of McKay CEO Forums.

Dan Grantham, Director

A native of Barrie, Dan Grantham joined LSTAR in 2000. Recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow by the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, he is a past Member of the Rotary Club of London South.
Dan has served on various Not-for-Profit Boards including the Boys and Girls Club of London Foundation, Tourism London, London Chamber of Commerce, and Youth Opportunities Unlimited. He was past President of Youth Opportunities Unlimited and Tourism London Boards.
A recipient of LSTAR’s Community Service Award in 2004 and the Lyn Coupland Outstanding Service Award in 2019, Dan served on the Association’s Finance Committee in 2012 and 2013 as well as serving on many LSTAR committees and task forces.

Louay Kadri, Director

Louay Kadri became a REALTOR® in 2018 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2026.
He is currently the Chair of the LSTAR Professional Standards Review Roster and Chair of the LSTAR Brokers Advisory Group. Louay serves as Co-Chair of the LSTAR Appeal Roster and sits on LSTAR’s Audit and Risk Management, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) Committees, as well as the MLS® Advisory Group. He has previously served on several OREA committees, CREA’s Broker Committee, and the LSTAR Governance Committee.
Louay brings extensive operational and leadership experience from safety, security, emergency management, non-profit operations, and business ownership, supported by studies in Human Services, and Fire and Public Safety. His approach focuses on stability, transparency, and practical decision making that supports REALTORS® in the field.
Originally from Qaraoun, Lebanon, Louay regularly supports Easter Seals and Ronald McDonald House, through volunteer cooking events and fundraising initiatives.

Lisa Lansink, Commercial Director

Lisa Lansink joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2021, and is the Chair of LSTAR’s Commercial Committee, which she has served since 2019.
Lisa is also the Chair of LSTAR’s Building Task Force, which was created in late 2023 to investigate options for the potential relocation of the LSTAR office from the current location at 342 Commissioners Road West. At the June 23, 2025 LSTAR Annual General Meeting, members approved authorizing the LSTAR Board of Directors to sell the current office building and explore purchasing or leasing a smaller, more suitable space.
Her focus in real estate is investment sales, multi-family and apartments, as well as land development and infill sites.

Michelle Orsini, Director

Michelle Orsini became a REALTOR® in 2005 and joined the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2023.
Michelle currently sits on LSTAR’s Political Affairs Committee, Amalgamation Task Force, and Professional Standards Hearing Roster, which she has volunteered since 2018, previously serving as Chair in 2023. She is also on LSTAR’s Slo-Pitch Social Council. Michelle has previously volunteered on LSTAR’s Arbitration Committee, Education Committee, and Scholarship Advisory Group, as well as the LSTAR Christmas Gala Social Council.
Born and raised in London, Ontario, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and French from Western University. She is a Director-at-Large for the Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association and has previously volunteered for the Mt. Brydges Minor Hockey Association, the London Devilettes, St. Mary’s Church and St. Andre Bessette Catholic Secondary School as the coach for Junior Girls Basketball team.

Lindsay Reid, Director

A native of London, Lindsay Reid became a REALTOR® in 2011 after earning a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and a Marketing diploma from Fanshawe College. She served on London and St. Thomas Association of REALTORS® (LSTAR) Board of Directors from 2015 to 2019. Lindsay joined the LSTAR Board of Directors again in 2025.
She currently serves on LSTAR’s Professional Standards Review Roster, as well as Nominations and Community Engagement Committees. She was previously Chair of the Christmas Gala Social Council in 2022, which she volunteered since 2017. Lindsay has also served on OREA’s YPN Committee, and Grants and Awards Committee.
Her dedication to her community is evident through her extensive volunteer work with organizations such as the Salvation Army, the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, BGC London, London Food Bank, London Ontario Volunteers Expert, Daya Counseling, Youth Opportunities Unlimited, and the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Yvonne Steer, Director

Yvonne Steer became a REALTOR® in 2006 and served on the LSTAR Board of Directors in 2020 and 2021. Yvonne joined the LSTAR Board of Directors again in 2026.
Yvonne currently serves as Chair of LSTAR’s Finance Committee, Professional Standards Hearing Roster, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, and the Slo-Pitch Social Council. She previously served on the Governance and Community Engagement Committees. Yvonne holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designations.
Originally from St. Thomas, Ontario, Yvonne is a past volunteer for the Alzheimer’s Society.
