ORWP Mental Health Support

All LSTAR members have access to the Ontario REALTORS® Wellness Plan—a benefit already included with your membership. This confidential program is designed to support your overall well-being, whether you’re dealing with stress, burnout, anxiety, or simply need someone to talk to during a challenging time.

You don’t have to navigate these moments on your own. The Wellness Plan offers a range of supports, including mental health resources and 24/7 access to licensed physicians through Maple. With virtual care available by text or video, you can connect with a doctor anytime, without the added stress of scheduling or travel.

Support is available when you need it—whether for physical health concerns, mental wellness, or preventative care. We encourage members to take advantage of these resources and make well-being a priority.

1. Maple – Online Counselling & Virtual Care (Primary Resource)

Maple provides easy, confidential access to care for both you and your family, including:

  • Unlimited counselling with licensed therapists
  • On-demand sessions (often within 12 hours) or scheduled appointments
  • Access to doctors 24/7 for times you can’t get in to see your physician
  • Optional Care Concierge to help match you with the right therapist

Also includes:

  • Headspace (meditation, stress, sleep support)
  • Mind by Maple (mental health tools and self-guided resources)
